has signed a memorandum of understanding with the National Telecommunication Institute in Egypt to launch a joint training programme for the Middle East and North Africa regions.
The training programme is designed to support and develop employee competencies and the professional skills of fresh graduates and employees from both the government and private sectors through specialized conferences and forums focusing on technology, information security, e-learning, and 3G networks using the most advanced approaches and methods of training and assessment.

Egyptian singer Shireen Abdul Wahab agreed to
shave her head and become bald after Egyptian singer Mohammad Foad
requested her to do so for the role she will playing in his upcoming
film “Wifa and Tuma”.
Shireen stated she will shave her head once she completes her summer
concert schedule. Filming of the scenes is set to take place in the
winter season.
Shireen had also requested her former producer and business manager,
Nasr Mahrous, to agree to her singing one of the songs he had
previously wrote for her despite their breakup to include in the film.
Nasr agreed to the request, showing that he holds no hard feelings
towards Shireen and that the two are now friends and will remain so,
reported the Kuwaiti based daily, Al Watan.

Ever thought of buying your wife
or girlfriend a piece of jewelry just to show how much you care? For no
reason in particular — no birthday, Valentine’s Day or wedding gift.
Most
men would not give the notion a second thought. It is entrenched in
Egyptian culture that such an expensive present means that only a major
milestone warrants a trip to the jewelry store.
One man who set
out to challenge this idea is Mostafa Nassar, chairman of Iram
Jewellery, one of the biggest jewelry producers in Egypt and the Middle
East. He wanted to encourage husbands to buy their wives jewelry just
to say “I love you.”
